Getting real means we acknowledge that real bodies are beautiful. It means we acknowledge that digitally enhanced images of bodies in magazines and the media are not attainable for the people in the photos. So we cannot in any way aspire to have such DE bodies.
It is time to know that our bodies are amazing in so many ways and deserve to have our love and approval.
